Russell Wilson is a Barrister sole, who prides himself on professionalism. Russell focuses on resolving disputes in a way which best meets your needs. Russell can advise, guide and represent you through the Court system or through alternative dispute resolution such as mediation or arbitration. However, you always stay in control of your dispute.

Russell - Barrister. Being a Barrister means that Russell is a lawyer who does litigation and dispute work (as opposed to transaction work). Law Society rules mean that Russell must have an “instructing solicitor” if your matter requires proceedings to be filed in Court. The instructing solicitor can be your usual lawyer or if you do not have a usual lawyer then Russell can arrange for a lawyer to act as your instructing solicitor.

Russell’s office hours are 8.30a.m. – 5pm each weekday. Russell is happy to be contacted outside of office hours by e-mail or by cell phone.

Megan – Personal Assistant. Megan is Russell’s Personal Assistant. Megan assists Russell on his files and with the day to day running of Russell’s practice. She has a wealth of accumulated knowledge from having worked in law firms for several years, you will find Megan very approachable, professional and happy to assist.
